CAPABILITY
Assembly & Secondary Operations
Secondary operations convert molded components into a defined subassembly or finished supply condition. Depending on the verified project scope, available work may include trimming, inspection, printing or marking, welding, mechanical assembly, and packaging. MedMoldPro confirms the actual equipment, fixtures, acceptance tests, cleanliness expectations, and traceability before quoting; no sterile or cleanroom packaging capability is implied.
Suitable Projects
- Molded parts that require controlled trimming or inspection
- Simple mechanical subassemblies with defined work instructions
- Approved printing, laser marking, or welding operations
- Projects that benefit from one accountable molding and finishing workflow
Engineering Risks to Resolve
- Preventing mixed parts and cosmetic damage
- Controlling fixture location and assembly force
- Defining marking adhesion and legibility tests
- Separating ordinary protective packaging from validated sterile packaging
How MedMoldPro Approaches the Work
Each operation is reviewed against the drawing, sample standard, equipment, fixture, inspection, and packaging specification.
Only operations that can be supported by current factory capability and a written quotation are included. Customer-approved suppliers may be used when clearly identified.
Expected Project Deliverables
- Operation flow and responsibility list
- Work instructions or control points as agreed
- Inspection and sample evidence
- Packaging specification and label requirements
Scope and Responsibility Boundary
MedMoldPro does not claim sterile packaging, sterilization processing, or an automated assembly line without project-specific evidence. Final assembly validation remains the customer’s responsibility.

Assembly & Secondary Operations: Frequently Asked Questions
Availability depends on the component and verified equipment. Mechanical assembly, selected welding, marking, trimming, and inspection can be reviewed.
No sterile-packaging capability is claimed on this website. Protective or shipping packaging can be quoted to an agreed specification.
Use an approved sample, defect definitions, viewing conditions, and an inspection frequency agreed before production.
If an approved external process is needed, the supplier, responsibility, evidence, and change controls should be disclosed in the project scope.
